The new "Every Blue Deck plays this" spell.
         Mindbreak Trap
        Instant-Trap
        2UU
If an opponent cast three or more spells this turn, you may pay 0 rather than pay Mindbreak Trap's mana cost.
Exile any number of target spells.

Pretty good. Counter wars end with this. lol

This might take over Force of Will in Vintage! It also stops storm dead in it's tracks!

This card is so good against storm that even non-blue decks will have it in their board.

I can see it as a 4 of in a lot of sideboards, but I don't think more than 1 or 2 maindeck is necessary.

Dang, that's not bad! And it's a mythic so it will be kind of pricey. I see there is a new Goblin Lackey (but not as good):Warren Instigator
         rr
Creature - Goblin Berserker Mythic Rare
         Double Strike
Whenever Warren Instigator deals damage to an opponent, you may put a Goblin creature card from your hand onto the battlefield.
         1/1

Mindbreak Trap will see almost no play in Standard. Warren Instigator seems awesome.

In standard you are probably right, but in extended or legacy oh Hell yes! You don't even have to be playing blue to have 3 or 4 of these in your sideboard just to hate Storm.

This is SO going to see Standard play, fools! Have you forgotten that Volcanic Fallout and Spearbreaker Behemoth are in the format?
On top of that I guarantee you there will still be amazing counter wars in Standard.
Blue/White Merfolk pretty much no longer fear Volcanic Fallout. And it doesn't counter, it exiles!
With Grixis Unearth decks floating around and Chandra's new "F-You" ability this thing is going to rock.

I failed to mention that Enlisted Wurm into Bituminous Blast into Bloodbraid Elf into something is all "countered" by this spell.

There was a lot of discussion about Mindbreak Trap on the legacy forums and on storm boards. The major problem with this card is that it doesn't actually stop your opponent from casting Chant/Silence/Duress/Thoughtseize/Pact of Negation(which is what their deck is already designed to do and why they play 7-9 protection spells). This is worse than Chant/Silence in an aggro deck as an anti-combo card because Chant/Silence will at least delay at turn. This trap just gets Duressed or can't be played due to a Silence effect. Splashing white with fetches and shocks/duals in Extended or Legacy isn't exactly difficult either.
