| This is a lot different than stuff I've found in the rumor mill on other sites. It was 1UGG counter target spell and deal two damage to every creature with flying and each player. Weird.

| Why would you choose one over the other? Color. B/U Faeries would use this, and Mono Blue Faeries would use negate. I see it as rather silly to use a combination of both.
